Relax and enjoy the artistry of The Waterloo's highly experienced chefs in elegant historic surroundings. A lite bite menu, 2/3 course menu and a business 2 course menu are available for lunch. In the evenings, the early bird 2/3 course menu is available as well as a full à la carte menu, a grill menu and a wide selection of vegetarian dishes.

The Waterloo, set in Newport, provides the ideal base from which to explore all the delights that South Wales has to offer, from wild scenery, mountains and valleys and industrial heritage to coastal walks and vibrant shopping centres. The hotel has full Tourist Board approval and can offer all the information you may need to explore this fascinating area.
